The Problem

Our current recruitment form is a google form

While this is fine, it does not allow for customization and its kind of ugly

To Keep in Mind

How does someone interact edit the form?
Does one fill in the form? Is there limitations on responses?
How do we advertise each sub team?
Video?

The Task

Look at how other teams/companies do forms, and how did we do this in the past?

Ask Questions about For Each
- What do you like about the element?
- What would you Change?

Sketch up a design (wireframe) of the roster page
Present to Software team
Use feedback on design and modify design
Present again
Use final round of feedback and modify again
